What a great time this conversation was!! Getting to know Ray "Living with Predators" Livingston at Outdoorsman's Days in Colorado was definitely a highlight of the trip. Ray's life history is rich and varied, but it's his soulful connection to the land, ecology and critters that defines who he is.   

We talk about mountain lions and lion meat - his favorite. We talk about the intrinsic and necessary role humans play in ecology and wildlife success. We talk about the wildly inaccurate caricature that anti-hunters use to defame and define our community.
