Hunters and the hunting community, via the Wyoming Wildlife Federation, are playing a key role in guiding new legislation in WY which will (1) identify (2) punish and (3) deter the wildly cruel and bizarre conduct that all of us were offended by.  

This incident has directly, negatively impacted the entire hunting community in North America this year.  The anti-hunting  industry made this behavior it's front page leading story when talking about hunting, including completely unrelated and highly regulated, legal and ethical mtn lion hunting in CO.
